Development of custom software for its clients was the primary focus initially, but as time passed, the focus branched out into data networking and soon after voice networking and telecommunications. In 1994 the company began servicing the call center industry, starting with custom software designed to monitor agent ACD calls and their terminal screens, help desk software, and a full-fledged forecasting and scheduling application among others.Today the company still provides consulting services and custom software development, but the strategic focus has shifted to more standardized application design.
